Scope and provider

Purpose of the publication
AI Labnotes publishes technical research notes, explanations, comparisons and implementation material about artificial intelligence and developer tools. The material is general information, not legal, financial or medical advice, and not a promise that a particular tool, configuration or result will be suitable for your environment.
Your verification responsibility
Software, APIs, model behavior, security boundaries and vendor terms can change. Check the cited primary sources, current documentation, licenses and relevant safety requirements before applying a note to a production system. You remain responsible for backups, permissions, tests, reviews and decisions made in your own environment.
Permitted use
You may read, link to and quote limited portions of the publication with clear attribution. Search-engine indexing, accessibility tools and reasonable research access are permitted when they respect published crawl controls and do not disrupt the service. Substantial republication, removal of attribution, misleading presentation as your own work or access intended to impair the website is not permitted.

Liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where an exclusion or limitation is not legally permitted, including mandatory rules concerning intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health.
Privacy
Information about server logs, email contact and data-subject rights is set out in the separate privacy notice. AI Labnotes currently operates without analytics, advertising trackers, third-party embeds or non-essential cookies.
Applicable law
German law applies where that choice is legally effective. Mandatory consumer-protection rules and mandatory rules governing jurisdiction remain unaffected.
